If you're not completely satisfied, you have 10 days (or more, depending on your state of residence) to request a refund, provided you haven't started your trip or initiated a claim. Premiums are non-refundable after this period.

Our Horizon plan gives you trip cancellation and interruption benefits as well as provides benefits for covered medical or dental emergencies.

Trip Cancellation Protection

Provides reimbursement for non-refundable trip payments and deposits if a trip is cancelled for a specific covered reason.

Trip Interruption Protection

Provides reimbursement for the unused, non-refundable portion of your trip and for the increased transportation costs is takes for you to return home or to continue your trip due to a covered reason.

Emergency Medical Benefit

Provides reimbursement for losses due to covered medical and dental emergencies which occur during your trip

Emergency Medical Transportation

Provides medically necessary transportation to the nearest appropriate facility. Also reimburses the covered costs of your transportation back home.

Baggage Coverage

Provides reimbursement if your luggage is lost, damaged or stolen while you are traveling.

Baggage Delay Coverage

Provides reimbursement for reasonable clothing, toiletries and other essential items purchased during your trip if your luggage is delayed for at least 24 hours.

Travel/Trip Delay Coverage

Reimburses you for additional expenses due to a covered delay of six hours or more. Some plans may also cover lost prepaid trip expenses due to covered travel delay, depending on the product and state. Please see your insuring agreement to verify whether your insurance plan includes this coverage.

Provides reimbursement for covered expenses resulting from a covered delay that causes you to miss your scheduled flight or cruise.
